Create an invitation

Make an online invitation with a built-in RSVP form in about a minute. No account needed to start, no template to pick first.

Open rsvp.so/create and you're already looking at your invitation. There's no sign-up screen, no template gallery and no wizard. The page in front of you is the exact page your guests will open, so every change you make is the final result, not a mockup of it.

Most hosts are done in under a minute. Here's the whole flow:

  1. Name your event. Tap the title and type, for example Mia's 5th Birthday or Sarah & James Are Getting Married. Below the title you can switch between six type styles, from a classic serif to a handwritten script.
  2. Set the date. Pick a day and a start time. An end time, a different time zone or TBD are there if you need them. See date, location and details.
  3. Add the place. Start typing a venue or address and pick it from the Google Maps suggestions. Guests get a one-tap button for directions.
  4. Pick a cover. Tap Edit on the image to choose a ready-made design or upload your own photo. More in choosing a cover.
  5. Save. Tap Save Draft. This is the only moment we ask who you are: continue with Google or enter the one-time code we email you. No password to create.

That's a complete invitation with a working RSVP form. Everything else is optional and can be added before or after you share: a theme or video background, background music, questions for your guests, or limits like plus-ones, capacity and a deadline.

No template to commit to

Many invitation sites ask you to choose a design before you've written a word, and switching later means starting over. rsvp.so works the other way around. Write first, then try a dark theme, a moving background or a different font while your text stays exactly where it is. Changing the whole look of an invitation takes a couple of taps, so trying ideas costs nothing.

To see the invitation the way a guest will, tap Preview in the side toolbar. It opens the full guest view, including the RSVP buttons, so you can check it on your phone before anyone else does.

After you save

Your invitation gets its own link right away. From there you can share it by WhatsApp, QR code, image or video, and come back anytime from My Events to edit it or see who's coming. Edits go live on the same link, so there's never a second version to send.
