Themes, backgrounds and fonts

On rsvp.so the look of an invitation is never locked in. You can change it while you're writing, after you've shared the link, or the night before the party, and your text, photos and replies stay exactly as they are.

Tap Theme in the side toolbar to open the picker. You can filter it to light or dark looks, and every option applies instantly to the invitation behind it, so you see the real result rather than a thumbnail.

• Color themes range from soft sky blue, blush and peach to deep burgundy, forest green and midnight. Light themes feel fresh and airy, dark ones feel formal and evening-ready.
• Video backgrounds are slow, looping scenes of water, light and color that make the invitation feel alive the moment it opens. They're the quickest way to make a simple invitation look special.
• Custom Color lets you pick any hue, which is handy when you want to match a wedding palette or a team color.

We keep the collection deliberately small. Every theme looks clearly different from the others and works with any kind of event, so you can make a decision in seconds instead of scrolling through hundreds of near-identical templates.

Type styles

Right below the event name you'll find six type styles: Classic, Eclectic, Fancy, Literary, Digital and Elegant. They cover the usual moods, from a refined serif for a wedding to a playful script for a first birthday or a mono typeface for a launch party. Tap one and the title updates; long names resize themselves to fit.

RSVP button icons

Even the reply buttons can match the occasion. Open the icon menu on the RSVP card and choose between a check mark, thumbs up, hearts, stars or party icons. Hearts suit a wedding or a baby shower, the party icons suit a birthday, and the classic check works for anything.

A theme pairs nicely with a cover and a song from the music library. Put the three together and you can turn the same invitation from a calm dinner party into a bright birthday in a few taps.
